Working with Non-Profits: Maximum Design/Minimum Budgets

Jean Zagrodnik and Linda Glaze are both licensed architects with extensive experience working in the non-profit arena. As part of the firm Zagrodnik + Thomas Architects (ZTA), Jean and Linda will discuss the special challenges and opportunities presented by such projects.

Jean Zagrodnik is Managing Partner of Zagrodnik + Thomas where she is responsible for the success of every project at the firm. She has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and an undergraduate degree in Social Work. Jean has over 22 years of experience in the architectural profession. ZTA has received several design awards for Jean’s work over the years including the Stepping Stone Residential Recovery Facility in San Diego, KTU+A Historic Renovation and a Health Hero award for ongoing commitment to a non-profit client.

Linda Glaze has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas in Austin and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University. She has been practicing architecture for more than 13 years and is knowledgeable with all phases of design and construction for public facilities. Linda has an extensive background in historic preservation and Code Review. She has been an Associate at Zagrodnik and Thomas since 2004.
