Jeff Graham, executive director of real estate at UCSD, will discuss active and future development projects, from new and rebuilt colleges to hospitals, residence halls and academic facilities. His department oversees more than 1.5 million square feet of office, clinical, research, retail and educational space and public-private partnerships with the university. He and his team negotiate license agreements, feasibility studies and campus regional transportation projects.

Previously he served as senior vice president for Jones Lang LaSalle, a global real estate consultancy, and Civic San Diego, the successor to the Centre City Development Corp., where he was redevelopment vice president and president.  He also worked at Gafcon as an investment and development professional At Guidant. Group, Pacwest Group and Rancon Financial Corp., he provided economic, fiscal, and strategic guidance for clients in urban real estate and infrastructure investments. He received his master’s in business administration-international business at San Diego State University.
